Claude Wolf of Pennsburg, PA passed away at the Pennsburg Manor on Wednesday, January 20, 2010. He was 92. Born in Milford Twp., he was the son of the late Josiah and Ella (Heimbach) Wolf. He was married to the late Martha M. (Miller) Wolf, who predeceased him in 1986. Mr. Wolf was a WWII Army Veteran and retired from the Coopersburg Handle Factory in 1981 after 38 years. Survivors: Mr. Wolf is survived by sisters, Laura Piston, wife of Merrill Piston of Red Hill, PA and Carrie Eppler, wife of Wilford Eppler of Hereford, PA; nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers, Irwin and Charles Wolf, three sisters, Verna Leister, Edna Cressman and Viola Mest and companion Ruth Jean Trumbore. Services: A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25 at 11 a.m. at the Monaghan Funeral Home, 612 Main St. Red Hill, PA 18076. Friends and family may call from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Trinity Great Swamp UCC Cemetery, 9150 Spinnerstown Rd. Spinnerstown, PA.
