Carmella E. (Rosa) Biggar, "Millie" formerly of Philadelphia, passed away at the Chestnut Hill Lodge in Wyndmoor on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. She was 97 years old. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. Rosa and Maddalena Ricciardi. the beloved wife of the late Edward J. Biggar who was the love of her life. She was the sister to Margaret, Connie and Charles, all of whom preceded her in death. Mrs. Biggar worked for many years in the banking industry. She is survived by many nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11 AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150. Arrangements are by The Oliver H.
