Mr. C. Lewis Maurer died on Monday, May 2, 2011 at Wallingford Nursing Center. He was 94. Born in Camden, NJ, he was the loving husband of the late Emma Eden Maurer. He was also the son of the late Charles L. and Besse (Helwig) Maurer. Mr. Maurer worked as an accountant and contract administrator for RCA in Camden. He served during World War II as a Lt. j.g. in the United States Navy, stationed in Guam. He was also an accomplished water color artist. He is survived by his two daughters Robin (John Fayen) Miller of Moylan, PA, and Susan M. (Lawrence) Davis of Wallingford, PA, and his one sister Sara Maurer of Pennsauken, NJ.
