Mr. Bernard F. Burns, 61, of Norristown, passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Montgomery Hospital in Norristown. He was the loving husband of the late Lou Ethel (Speaks) Burns and worked as a caretaker in the health care industry. A funeral service celebrating Mr. Burns' life will be held on Friday, May 20, 2011 at 11:30am at Shiloh Baptist Church, 610 George St., Norristown.
