Ms. Annette Smith, of Philadelphia, passed away on March 12, 2011 at Jeanes Hospital in Philadelphia. She was 90 years old. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Anne (nee Fry) Smith. Ms. Smith worked in management for Verizon Communications for many years. She is survived by her twin sister Frances (nee Smith) Atz of Harleysville and her two nephews Edward Atz of Green Lane and Allen Atz of Illinois. Services for Ms. Smith will be private.
