Anne J. Whalen (nee Gervasi) of Philadelphia passed away at Paul's Run Retirement Community on Thursday, December 22, 2011. She was 93 years old. Mrs. Whalen was the loving wife of the late Francis Whalen. Mrs. Whalen is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her two brothers and one sister. A funeral Mass will be held on Sat., Jan. 14, 2012 at 10AM at Our Lady of Calvary, 11024 Knights Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154. Interment private. Arrangements by The Oliver H. Bair Co. (215) 563-1580.
