Ann Lorraine (Galvin) Augunas of Wynnewood passed away surrounded by her loving family on March 19, 2023.   She was 88 years old.  Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Madeline (Altieri) Galvin.  She was also the beloved wife of Alexander Augunas.

Ann worked as a teacher for 35 years and later as a food and travel writer.  She and her husband loved to travel the world and ventured on more than 50 cruises together. She also enjoyed singing in church, cooking, and spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her three sons, Alan Augunas (Christine) of Springfield, David Augunas of Upper Darby, and Brad Augunas of Wynnewood; three grandchildren, Meghan, Evan, and Zachary; and one brother, Robert Galvin (Marlene) of Memphis, TN.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 9:00AM to 9:50AM at St. Colman Catholic Church, 11 Simpson Road, Ardmore, PA 19003.  A Funeral Mass will follow in the church at 10:00 AM.  Interment will be held privately in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown.
