Alfred A. Spitalieri, 80, of Mullica Hill, NJ, died on Oct. 12, 2012. Loving husband of Catherine (Sergeiko) Spitalieri. Al was a graduate of South Philadelphia High School where he was the captain of the gym team. He also served in the Army during the Korean War and was honorably discharged as an Army corporal in 1954. He also retired from Boeing after a number of years. In addition to his wife, Al is survived by two stepsons Edward and John Sergeiko (Carol) both of Mullica Hill, NJ; two step granddaughters Alexandra DeLeo and Cathryn Lynn Sergeiko; one step grandson Peter Sergeiko (Monique) of Thorofare, NJ; one step great grandchild Eleana; one sister Mary Roach; and two brothers. A funeral Mass will be held at 11AM on Wed., Oct. 17, 2012 at the Catholic Community of the Holy Spirit Church, 17 Earlington Ave., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062. A viewing will precede Mass from 9:30AM to 11AM at the church. Interment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
