John F. Witkowski, 63, of Upper Darby, passed away on October 12, 2014 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Deborah M. (Neary) Witkowski for 29 years. Born in Lowell, MA, he was also the son of Ann (Gormley) Witkowski, of Tingsboro, MA, and the late Louis Witkowski. John served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and earned a Bronze Star Medal. He was also a roofer. In addition to his wife and mother, he is also survived by his sister Lou Ann Hill, of Cape Cod, MA, and brother Steven Witkowski of MA. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 2PM in The Oliver H. Bair Funeral Chapel, 8500 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082.
